So, what’s this place all about?
Have you ever found yourself falling down a rabbit hole online? You start by looking up a recipe for sourdough bread, and two hours later you’re an unofficial expert on the history of ancient grain milling and the migratory patterns of yeast. Just me?
That’s the exact feeling that sparked the idea for this blog. We live in a world bursting with fascinating ideas, incredible stories, and weirdly wonderful hobbies. Why should a blog stick to just one?
The short answer is: it shouldn’t.
Going “Beyond” the Niche
This is a space for the endlessly curious. For the person whose interests can’t be squeezed into a single box. One day we might be geeking out over the latest tech gadget, and the next we could be exploring the art of minimalist travel, the science behind a perfect cup of coffee, or even the philosophy of daytime naps (a topic I take very seriously).
Think of Beyond the Blog as your personal invitation to get curious. It’s a place to explore a little bit of everything without the pressure of having to become an expert. It’s for learning, for laughing, and for seeing where our curiosity takes us.
